Recently, the Faculty of Architecture at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV) organized a special lecture for students on the topic “Buzon Pedestal System: Innovation for Modern Architectural Design.” The session was honored by an expert in Buzon pedestal systems, a globally recognized technology for elevated flooring installations in architectural and landscape projects.
The lecture focused on the working principles of the Buzon pedestal system, which utilizes adjustable pedestals capable of supporting high loads, providing customizable height adjustments, and facilitating quick and efficient installation of exterior flooring, such as balconies, floating structures, and rooftops. Additionally, this system enhances water drainage, reduces structural loads, and promotes environmental sustainability.
Students had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through live demonstrations of the installation process and practical applications. The session also included an interactive Q&A, allowing students to explore how this innovative system can be integrated into contemporary architectural design. The event was met with great enthusiasm and engagement from attendees.
